Full Time Contact Center Representative - Livingston Branch. Join the Team of Specialists in a fast-paced contact center for five branches. You will become an expert on transactions, services, products, and processes. This position is for the individual who thrives on knowledge and communicating it to our members. Must be able to multi-task, research for problem resolution and have a high comfort level in the use of computers. Team-work and excellent communication skills required. Previous banking experience preferred, but not required. Will train.
Full Time Compliance Officer/Internal Auditor - Livingston. Responsible for compliance operations including the Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC of the entire Credit Union. Monitor suspicious activity alerts, check holds, ensure information at account opening throughout the membership is complete. Will report on CTR’s, SAR’s, and Monetary Instruments. Complete risk assessments. Keeping abreast of current government regulations and implementing policy and procedures to adhere to those regulations. Adequately plan and complete audits. Report audit findings and recommendations.
Prior compliance and auditing experience preferred. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Excellent communication, problem solving skills, and attention to detail are required.
Full Time Accountant - Livingston Branch. Manage accounting functions including cash flow, cost management, financial analysis, financial reporting and recordkeeping, General Ledger, and investment tracking. Responsible for GL reconciliation, analysis of financial accounts, and preparation of journal entries. Provide end-of-month close and produce monthly financial statements. Process and reconcile payroll using third party software. Ensure all activities are in accordance with GAAP and records are maintained accurately and in compliance with laws and regulations.
Must have good understanding of GAAP and possess strong problem solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft EXCEL is required. A degree in Accounting or Finance with experience is preferred.
Full Time Teller - Livingston Branch. Job duties include: Assist members with all transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments. Responsible for data entry of all transactions and end of day balancing. Requires organizational skills, accuracy, and excellent communication skills. Prior customer service, keyboard/calculator and cash handling preferred, but will train.

Full Time Financial Services Officer – Ennis Branch. Responsible for all aspects of consumer lending to include originating, interviewing, gathering background information and analyzing applicant’s credit history. Will approve or deny applications based on analysis in accordance with goals and standards of the Credit Union and compliance of state and federal rules and regulations. Financial experience preferred. Must be an excellent communicator, self-starter, and sales driven.
