We have updated our Sky FCU Mobile Banking app to be quicker and easier-to-read.  You still have all the capabilities as before, we’ve just made it easier and better!  Here are some of the updates that you will see when you first login:

  • Your login will now go directly to the Accounts Page which has your balances.
  • New Quick Menu Button will appear in blue at the bottom of the screen.
  • New expandable Menu option at the top left corner which takes you to the Main Menu.

If you haven’t already downloaded our app, now is the time!  If you are currently using Sky@Home Online Banking and have an internet-enabled mobile device, you’re ready to get started.  Your Sky@Home User Name and Password are all you need to access your account information. Download the App, and you’ll be banking in minutes!

Sky FCU Mobile Banking will allow you to check balances, view transaction history, transfer funds, pay loans on the go, and more!


Banking at Your Fingertips


With this technology you can log on from here, there or anywhere using your computer, iPhone, or Android.  Your accounts are at your fingertips, now and later.  You sign in with your Sky@Home Online Banking ID and password.  If you have a compatible device we have also included a fingerprint sign on option.  The Fingerprint ID service, when turned on uses the fingerprint you have stored on your device to log you into the app, no typing of your password is required.  This feature will help make your login even faster, easier and more secure.

  • Messages.  This feature provides a way to send and receive secure text messages within the Mobile app.
  • Accounts.  This feature provides you with a list of all of your accounts with Sky Federal Credit Union.  From there you can click on each individual account to see transaction history along with any pending transactions or any existing holds placed on funds.
  • Transfer Money.  This feature is so easy to use, you’ll love it!  It allows you to transfer money between shares or to loans for payments.  You will also have multiple account access.  You will be able to view linked accounts and transfer funds through one login, including payments to your mortgage and credit cards with Sky Federal Credit Union.
  • Mobile Deposit.  This feature allows eligible users to deposit a check, simply by snapping a photo with your device and sending it to us.  It’s fun, you’ll be tempted to deposit more money!
  • Graphs.  This feature provides insights to your spending habits.  You will have access to simple graphs to help you track your spending over time.
  • Bill Pay.  This feature give you access to all of the payee’s you have loaded, allows you to make payments and view payment history.
  • Card Controls.  The card controls option allows you to report your card lost or stolen.  From within card controls you are able to order a replacement card if yours is damaged.  Another great feature of card controls is the ability to notify us when you are traveling to insure that your cards work for the entire trip.
  • Locations.  The locations feature provides a list of all Sky Federal Credit Union owned surcharge free ATMs, they are listed by city.  It also lists all of our branch locations and includes a link to Google Maps!  If you are traveling outside our area, don’t worry, within this feature you can choose search CO-OP ATMs and enter the ZIP code to receive a list of all surcharge free ATMs in the area.

Additional Features Include


  • Quick Balance.  The Quick Balance button can be turned on from within the Accounts option by clicking on the settings icon in the lower right corner.  When enabled you will be able to see the balance in your account without having to sign into the app.  You choose which account balances you want quick access to.  The Quick Balance button is displayed when you first click on the app before you log in.
  • Contact Us.  The contact us button displays our email address, our 1-800-445-3328 phone number, and the address where you can mail payments if you choose to.
  • Security.  Mobile banking utilizes best practices from online banking, such as HTTPS, 128-bit SSL encryption, and application time-out when your phone is not in use.
  • Mobile Website.  If apps are not an option, the Sky Federal Credit Union mobile website is designed for members who have a smartphone with web browsing capabilities.  You can find a branch or ATM, check your balances, view transaction history, transfer within your accounts and even pay your bills on the go.  When you visit from your web enabled mobile phone you will be automatically redirected to the mobile site.
